Same-Day Local Delivery
Live within 25 miles of our Richardson location? Get your hair today. Orders placed by 1:30 PM CT are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 1:30 PM go out the next business day. Same-day delivery is available Tuesday–Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery fee: $25 Select Local Delivery at checkout. If your address is in range, the option will appear.

Shipping Options

For everywhere else, we ship through USPS. Choose your speed at checkout:

• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): budget-friendly, usually delivered within 2–5 business days
• Priority (USPS Priority Mail): usually delivered within 1–3 business days
• Express (USPS Priority Mail Express): our fastest shipped option, usually delivered within 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the option you choose.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times start once your order ships, not from the day it was placed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Getting Your Order Right
Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. Orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, and J'Ritzy isn't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Delivered but Not Received?
If tracking shows your order as delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors, your mailroom and any safe spots around your home, then contact USPS directly. Once a package is marked delivered, J'Ritzy isn't responsible for it, but we're glad to help you with the carrier where we can.
