RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
Every J'Ritzy bundle and closure is raw, single-donor human hair, which makes it a personal-care product. For hygiene reasons, and to protect the quality of every order we ship, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

No Cancellations
Orders begin processing as soon as they're placed, so we can't cancel or change an order once it's submitted. Please check your textures, lengths, quantities and shipping address carefully before you check out.

Not Sure What to Order?
We're happy to help before you buy. Message us through our [contact page] or DM [@jritzyhaircollection] with your goal length and the look you want, and we'll recommend your texture and bundle count. You can also see and feel every texture in person inside The Hair Lounge, 650 N. Coit Road, Ste. 1450, Richardson, TX.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with the wrong item or is damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the hair. Keep the hair in its original packaging, unwashed, uncut, uncolored and uninstalled, while we review your claim. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement / store credit at our discretion.

What We Can't Cover
We can't accept claims for hair that has been washed, cut, colored, bleached, heat-styled, installed or otherwise altered. We also can't cover issues caused by improper care, or buyer's remorse, including a change of mind about texture, length or color.

Lost or Stolen Packages
J'Ritzy isn't responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows your order as delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and your mailroom, then contact the carrier directly. We're glad to help you with the carrier where we can.

Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please come to us first. We want to make it right. Disputing an order with your bank instead of contacting us may delay any resolution.
